Your Privacy Choices

This page gathers every privacy choice you have in aeuix one in one place, with exactly where to make it. Most are in your hands inside the app; the rest take one email. It is the “Your Privacy Choices” page that privacy laws such as California’s ask us to provide, written for everyone.

First, what there is nothing to opt out of. We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for advertising, do not use it for profiling or automated decisions about you, do not send marketing email, and do not use tracking cookies. So there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” switch to flip; those things simply do not happen. What follows are the choices that do apply.

Choices you make in the app

Share links you created	Drive → Shared links	Switch a link off or delete it; the file stops being reachable by anyone who had the link
Instagram connection	Settings → Instagram → Disconnect; or in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove “aeuix One”	Connecting is optional. Disconnecting stops all reading of the account and all publishing to it at once and deletes the access token. The history already recorded stays until you ask us to delete it (see below)
Which posts are published for you	Social Calendar	Only posts switched to “Publish to Instagram” by the Aeuix team are published, at the time shown on the calendar. Tell your Aeuix contact to hold or remove any of them
Personal notes	Notes	Aeuix staff can read notes kept in the portal, and the app says so. Keep truly private notes elsewhere
Appearance and other preferences	Settings, and your device	Stored only on your device; clearing site data or deleting the app removes them
Crash and performance reports	Settings → “Share crash and performance reports” (web and iOS)	Off means this login sends nothing when the app breaks or is slow. On by default; reports never identify you
Sign out everywhere	Settings → Sign out, on each device	Ends the session and removes that device’s push token from our server
Connected tools (Aeuix administrators)	The tool’s own settings, or email us	Disconnecting the Claude connector revokes its access; every action it took stays in the activity log

Choices that take one email

Email will@aeuix.com from your account address, or from any address with enough detail for us to verify you. Put the request in the subject line so it is routed quickly. We answer within 30 days, usually within a few business days, and never charge for these.

Limit or object to a use	Privacy request: objection	Tell us which use; we stop unless the law or our agreement with your company requires it, and we explain either way

You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we will ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and may confirm with you directly.

Browser signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing where those laws apply. Because we do neither, honoring it changes nothing in practice. Do Not Track signals are treated the same way.

If Aeuix follows your Instagram account, or has your business contact details

Aeuix follows some Business and Creator accounts in the direct sales industry using public information that Meta provides, and keeps its own notes on people and companies it may want to work with. You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted and your account no longer followed, without having an aeuix one account: email the address above with “Instagram request” and your Instagram username. Switching your account to private or personal also stops Meta from sharing it with us.

If you are not a user, but appear in a client’s photos

You can still ask what face data exists about you and have it deleted: email the address above with “Face data request” and the company you were photographed for. We do not need you to have an account.

Where this leaves your company

Your company controls the work it keeps in the portal and can ask for its account to be closed or its uploaded content removed (see Delete your account). The company’s primary contact should send those requests; individual members can only act on their own information.
