Finding every photo of a person
In Photos, switch from Shoots to People. Photos of the same person are grouped together, so you can open a person and see every shared photo of them.
Searching people
Type in the search box to find someone by name. A person can also carry details added by aeuix: their division, region, team, and any labels such as "Top 10" or "Rookie of the year". Those show as small tags under the name, and the search matches them too, so typing a region lists everyone in it, and typing a label lists everyone who has it.
Details are added and changed by aeuix. If a rep moves teams or you would like a label added, tell us and we will update it.
The same search works in the iPhone app under Photos → People, and in the Add photos picker on a project, so "use shots of the Phoenix East team" is one search away.
Naming people
Under Needs a name you can name people we have not named yet. If the name already exists, their photos are joined together.
Face data
Face grouping can be switched off for any shoot, and a person's face data can be removed on request. How it works and your choices are in the Face data notice.
